This policy explains how Barely Thriving handles your personal data. We have kept it short because we do not do much with it.
Barely Thriving is a product of Half Pipe Labs, a trading name of PocketSERP Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when you sign up for early access to the Barely Thriving beta. We do not collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data at this stage.
Why we collect it
We collect your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the open beta launches. We will send you a single email when access opens. We will not send you marketing emails, newsletters, or anything else without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
We process your email address on the basis of your consent. You gave that consent when you submitted the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us at the address below.
How long we keep it
We will keep your email address until the open beta launches and you have been notified. If the product does not launch, or if you ask us to delete your data before then, we will remove it promptly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. Your email address is stored in Supabase, a third-party database service, solely to allow us to send you the launch notification.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
